MUSIC POSTERS ( MGMT / TAME IMPALA )
As a designer it is important to keep the creative flow going. Therefore, in order for this to happen, in my free time I decided to focus on designing posters based on songs that I listen in my daily life. For the first poster, I wanted to provide a visual identity that is inspired by the song “Electric Feel” made by the band MGMT. Indeed, the song is colourful, electric, dynamic. Thus, this is the reason why I used vibrant colours that would represent these emotions. For the second poster, I was trying to represent the meaning of the song “Borderline” made by the artist Tame Impala. My aim behind this poster was to create a feeling of uncertainty but curiosity at the same time by designing an abstract background. The circles are suppose to represent life and its struggle and how sometimes we can be caught in a spiral of emotions.
